How we are Protecting our Students against COVID-19

COVID-19 has changed a lot in the world and as a community, we have had to decide the ‘new normal’. Are singing lessons safe during COVID-19? Why should you continue lessons? We have all the answers below…

1. We provide a safe environment

First and foremost, at Absolutely Fabulous Voices, we provide the cleanest environment possible. We follow government guidelines and ensure to disinfect surfaces regularly. We even disinfect the air after each student to protect against transmission.

2. Keeping positive hobbies

If singing lessons were a positive hobby for you prior to COVID-19, then by removing this activity, you will start to lose structure in your daily life. Singing lessons provide something positive and fun to do in a clean and safe environment where everyone is considerate of each other. This applies to both adults and children. For children, it is nice to continue singing as an afternoon activity after school as something to look forward to during the week. For adults working from home, it is a good excuse to get out of the house and do something positive.

3. A healthy and positive mind

COVID-19 has really taken a toll on many people’s mental health. By starting or continuing singing lessons you are ensuring that at least one positive activity is included in your week. In our singing lessons Parramatta, we also require homework to be done between lessons and this is a fun activity to do at home to keep yourself or your children occupied.

4. Immune System

Keeping a normal routine, including positive hobbies is important for a healthy immune system. Getting out of the house to do a purposeful activity such as participate in music lessons, is healthy and positive. Singing lessons such as our singing lessons Parramatta is healthy for the mind and body and will help keep your immunity in check.
